We don't begin with a job description. We begin with a conversation uncovering where your organisation is going and what the structure needs to look like when it gets there. The role emerges from tailored research, not the status quo.
The Search
We identify the specific person. Not a category of person, but the individual who has already navigated the complexity you're facing, in a different context. We activate our network, commence meticulous research, and utilise a decade of understanding how technical & commercial fluency translates within leadership.
The Assessment
We present our findings, typically two or three candidates. Each one has been assessed against the brief, the culture, and the challenge, not just the role requirements. We tell you what we think. We don't hedge
The Close
We manage the process through to offer and acceptance. We stay close through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
